Built on the floor, not in theory.

I started my first business off a forum post — selling link-building packages for $37 each. No mentor. No formula. Just figuring it out.

It worked. $37 became $150. $150 became $5,000 a package.

Then the noise started. “SEO is dead,” everyone said. Another Google update, another reason to panic.

I believed it. And the moment I did, it became true — for me.

The business collapsed. $30K months turned into a part-time job paying a little over a grand.

Years later, in a sales role, something shifted. Deals that should’ve taken weeks closed in an afternoon. $50K a year became $300K — working maybe an hour or two most days.

Nothing about my product knowledge changed. What changed was what I let myself believe before I ever picked up the phone.

When I left that job to build this, people told me I was done — that I’d never replicate that income again. Six interviews. Two weeks. Two offers. While LinkedIn insisted tech sales was dead.

Same pattern, every time — good or bad: the story running underneath decides the number before a single call gets made. These days, I brainwash myself deliberately instead of by accident.

Identity before performance. Always in that order.

Everything Elite Sales Mind teaches comes back to this sequence. Skip the identity work and the tactics never fully stick.

Stop selling from the wrong identity.
